Portland business owners can apply for a $10,000 grant from Prosper Portland, which will help their business recover from economic issues related to the COVID-19 virus.
There are several criteria to qualify for this grant. You must be directly impacted by the new COVID-19 public health requirements. You must continue to pay employees and/or provide healthcare or other insurance during the COVID-19 shut down. And priority will be given to businesses owned by women or people of color.
