Monthly (or weekly) Package: For small businesses that need regular services for bill paying, invoicing, bank & credit card reconciliation, payroll, tracking sales/expenses, bank & credit card reconciliation, and financial reports. I will pick up and drop off your records at your convenience, or we can share data electronically. Meetings as needed, and unlimited phone/email support. At year-end everything will be prepared for your tax accountant.
Quarterly Package: For very small businesses or startups that have minimal activity. Each quarter receipts & records will be picked up or shared electronically, data entered into the accounting software, bank & credit card statements reconciled, and financial reports prepared and analyzed. Quarterly meetings to review reports & answer questions. At year-end everything will be prepared for your tax accountant.
Annual Catch-up: For clients who are behind on their bookkeeping. I'll quickly gather the data, enter it into your accounting software, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports to take to your tax consultant.
